David McCusker has recently joined the OSAF staff as a developer. We're late in getting his name and info up on the people page of the OSAF web site, but that will be remedied soon.
He keeps a very active weblog which describes many technical and design discussions at OSAF along with his reactions. If you're interested in more depth on Chandler this is another good place to turn.
